In India, the Realme 12 Pro and Realme 12 Pro+ are anticipated to launch soon. The Realme 11 Pro and Realme 11 Pro+, which were introduced in India with MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoCs and 5,000mAh batteries with support for 100W SuperVOOC fast charging, are reportedly replaced by the new models. Recently, information about the chipset and camera specifications of the upcoming Realme 12 Pro series smartphones has surfaced. The phones have now allegedly been spotted on a certification site, suggesting that an India launch is about to happen.
The Realme 12 Pro and Realme 12 Pro+, with model numbers RMX3842 and RMX3840, respectively, were reportedly spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website, according to a Gizmochina report. This implies that the phones might soon be available in Indian markets. The premium Pro+ model was also recently seen on Indonesia's SDPPI certification site, the report continues.
The Realme 12 series is anticipated to launch as the replacement for the Realme 11 series, though Realme has not yet made an official announcement about it. It is reported that it will include a base, a Pro, and a Pro+ model, much like its previous lineup. All Realme 12 series smartphones, according to a recent leak, are probably going to be powered by Qualcomm's mid-range Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, which supports 5G.
The Realme 12 Pro+ is probably going to have a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B sensor, which has a 3x optical zoom and a periscope telephoto lens, according to an earlier leak. Conversely, the Realme 12 Pro might come equipped with a Sony IMX709 sensor that offers a 2x optical zoom. Realme's 12 series is expected to cost approximately CNY 2,000, or about Rs. 23,000.
Meanwhile, the 8GB + 128GB version of the Realme 11 Pro retails for Rs. 22,999 in India. Priced at Rs. 24,999 and Rs. 27,999, respectively, are the 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB possibilities. The 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB models of the Realme 11 Pro+ are priced at Rs. 27,999 and Rs. 29,999, respectively. Sunrise Beige, Oasis Green, and Astral Black are the available color options for both models.
