Today is the launch date for the Redmi 13C 4G variant on Amazon, Mi.com, and Xiaomi Retail. The smartphone has a 6.74-inch display with a refresh rate of 90 Hz and is powered by the Helio G85 chipset.

With its Mediatek Helio G85 chipset, the new Redmi 13C 4G smartphone is expected to pose a serious threat to smartphones priced under ₹10,000 when it launches on the market today. The smartphone was first introduced under the Poco brand in a few other international markets before being shown off at a launch event last week.

Redmi 13C specifications:

 The Redmi 13C has a 6.74-inch HD+ display with a peak brightness of 450 nits and a resolution of 600 x 720 pixels, all at a refresh rate of 90Hz.To handle demanding graphics tasks, the smartphone's octa-core MediaTek Helio G85 chipset is paired with a Mali-G57 MP2 GPU. The low-cost smartphone has 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage that can be expanded to 1TB using the micro-SD card slot, and up to 8GB of RAM in addition to support for 8GB of virtual RAM.

In terms of optics, the Redmi 13C has three cameras: a secondary 50MP sensor, a secondary 2MP macro lens, and an additional secondary 2MP lens. To meet users' needs for selfies and video calls, the smartphone also has a 5MP front-facing camera.

The inexpensive smartphone has a 5,000 mAh battery that an 18W charger can quickly charge. Nevertheless, the phone's box only includes a 10W charger.

Today at noon, the Redmi 13C 5G will be available for purchase in India through Mi.com, Xiaomi Retail, and Amazon. The 4GB RAM/128GB storage variant costs ₹7,999, the 6GB RAM/128GB storage variant costs ₹8,999, and the 8GB RAM/256GB storage variant costs Rs 10,499 for the Redmi 13C. Moreover, customers who use an ICICI Bank credit card or make EMI transactions can receive a ₹1,000 discount.

The Redmi 13C 5G will go on sale when? 

On December 16 at 12 p.m., the Redmi 13C 5G will be available for purchase on the same three platforms. The 4GB RAM/128GB storage variant costs ₹9,999, the 6GB RAM/128GB storage variant costs ₹11,499, and the 8GB RAM/256GB storage variant costs ₹13,499 for the smartphone.
